I have received an incorrect item, what should I do?

If you believe you have received an incorrect product because your printer is not listed on the box, please see here.

Important: If you are still in doubt, or believe the product to be wrong, please contact us by any of the methods listed here BEFORE opening the product packaging. Unfortunately, we cannot exchange any product where the packaging has been opened.

Once we have confirmed that the product is incorrect you will need to request and obtain an authorized returns number (ARN). You can do this by contacting us either by telephone or email.

Please include your order number ready or in the subject of the email, along with an explanation of why you want to return the product. We will provide you your ARN number and give you full details of the return address.
