I want to return my item?
You are entitled to return you item under The Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000.
As per the The Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 if you are returning the item as you have changed your mind or ordered the wrong item you will have to return the items to us and we will be unable to refund any return postage charge. Please contact us, click here to see how, to receive an Authorised Returns Number (ARN) before you send the item back, that ensures we are expecting the item back and will help us process the return once we receive it.
PLEASE NOTE: We cannot accept any return where the packaging is open or unsuitable for resale.
